Week 7 & 8 Roundup / 12 Week Slip in to Summer Challenge

This week it’s the end of week 8 of the 12 week ‘Slip in to Summer’ challenge with DW Fitness. I’m doing a 2 week roundup, because I didn’t get a chance to do a post last week due to illness. The whole house came down with a nasty bug. I felt really rough! A combination of persistent vomiting, and zero appetite meant I ended up losing quite a bit of weight. Moving to the countryside to start a new life with my family was a massive, massive change for me. I would still consider myself to be a city girl, despite living in the countryside for 5 years. The Big Weigh-in – 12 Week Slip in to Summer Week 4

It’s hard for me to believe, but I am 4 weeks in to my 12 Week Slip in to Summer challenge with DW Fitness. This week it’s time for my first big weigh-in, and my first time taking my measurements since the challenge started. I’ve been feeling really rubbish all week. Much like the tail end of last week, I’ve been bloated and just generally feeling miserable. 12 Week Slip in to Summer Challenge – Week 3 Roundup

I’ve completed the third week of the 12 week Slip in to Summer challenge with DW Fitness, so I’m now 1/4 of a way through. I’ve really enjoyed my running this week. I’ve been out for a run three times, and each time I’ve slightly bettered the previous. I’m still not running very far, I’m only really doing about a mile. In my first week of the challenge I tried to run a mile and it took me 16 minutes. The most recent run I did I managed a mile in about 10 minutes, which is a vast improvement. In […]
