Our Autumn Family Bucket List

Autumn is my absolute favourite season, without a doubt. Whenever I was younger, I preferred summer for obvious reasons. Six weeks off school won over anything else, and I was a bit of a sun junkie too. I do still enjoy summer, because it’s great to spend lots of time with the kids, but it just doesn’t have the appeal it used to. I’d happily move the big school holidays to the autumn if I could. Getting a Good Night’s Sleep

A good night’s sleep is something I crave, all of the time. I love my bed. I love snuggling up under my duvet, and could happily spend the whole day in bed if given the chance. Hello everyone, welcome back to The Anxiety Diaries guest post series. Today I would like to welcome Nicola from Mummy Wales to the blog. Nicola is a Welsh mummy of two living in the South East of England, blogging about her family life. Today she is sharing her story about her anxiety in social situations, something which I struggle with too. I’m not shy. Nevertheless, throw me into a crowded room alone, or ask me to give a speech in front of a hundred people and, guaranteed, my cheeks will turn red quicker than you can ask ‘what’s wrong with your […]

Wether as a little token gift of thanks to a teacher or neighbour, or as an accompaniment to a larger present for a loved one, you generally can’t go wrong with chocolate.
