Week 5 & 6 Roundup / 12 Week Slip in to Summer Challenge

The Big Weigh-in – 12 Week Slip in to Summer Week 4

It’s hard for me to believe, but I am 4 weeks in to my 12 Week Slip in to Summer challenge with DW Fitness. This week it’s time for my first big weigh-in, and my first time taking my measurements since the challenge started. I’ve been feeling really rubbish all week. Much like the tail end of last week, I’ve been bloated and just generally feeling miserable. 12 Week Slip in to Summer Challenge – Week 3 Roundup

I’ve completed the third week of the 12 week Slip in to Summer challenge with DW Fitness, so I’m now 1/4 of a way through. I’ve really enjoyed my running this week. I’ve been out for a run three times, and each time I’ve slightly bettered the previous. I’m still not running very far, I’m only really doing about a mile. In my first week of the challenge I tried to run a mile and it took me 16 minutes. The most recent run I did I managed a mile in about 10 minutes, which is a vast improvement. In […]

12 Week Slip in to Summer Challenge – Week 2

I’ve finished my second week of my 12 week challenge with DW Fitness. I feel it has been an ok week. I’m still craving chocolate, all of the time, and big portions of chip shop chips and all sorts of unhealthy foods. I’m not sure those cravings will ever go away? What matters though, is that I haven’t given in to the cravings! I have tried new things this week and I’m pretty proud of myself. Home Workout Routine of the Week 16-04-15

It’s Friday morning and I have well and truly got the Friday feeling. I’m bursting with energy and ready to go. I really think this new diet and exercise plan is starting to have a proper effect on me!
