I’m back for another day of Blogtober. I’ve missed so many days now that I’m not sure you can really say I’m taking part. But, I like the prompts so II’m just joining when I can. Today the question is ‘what is in my fridge?’ I used to love watching MTV’s Cribs, and getting to have a neb inside the fridges of the stars. Well I’m afraid dear reader, you’ve caught me at a bad time. We do our shopping online, and get it delivered on a Friday morning. Today is Thursday, so the fridge isn’t stocked up with champagne like the fridges on Cribs. Maybe if you come back tomorrow…
Anyway if you fancy a nosey inside my rather bare fridge, read on.
So this is my fridge in all of it’s glory. It’s like the hub of the house, because I love food and it gives me a place to put school letters and notices.
Inside we don’t have much, like I said we’ve got a shop coming tomorrow bringing glorious tasty treats with it. As you can probably tell, we’re a big fan of Coke Zero in this house. It’s on offer in our local shop so we’re stocking up for Christmas. Not really, we’re drinking it almost instantly. But saving it for Christmas would be a nice idea.
The door of the fridge is filled with beers and ciders. They’ve been in there since summer! I do enjoy a cider on the weekend but my medication doesn’t allow it so it’s waiting for me.
Another thing our fridge is full of is cheese. Glorious cheese. I like cheese with everything, as unhealthy as that may be. Cheesy chips, cheesy pasta, cheese toasties. Honestly if it was acceptable to just melt some cheese under the grill and then eat it, I would.
If this Blogtober prompt had been a day later this post would have been much more exciting.
