Hello everyone, welcome to week 3 of my new children’s photography linky, Snap It!
I hope you’ve all had a great week! It’s been another week of terrible weather here in Northern Ireland. You can certainly tell it’s the summer holidays anyway. It’s rained on and off for almost seven straight days. Even today, the sun streams though my window, I spy a big grey cloud in the distance. Typical eh?
We did manage to get out with the camera one afternoon this week. On Tuesday afternoon we had a few hours of sunshine, so headed out in to the garden with the cats. The cats are house cats, but we sometimes let them out in to the garden with us when it’s nice weather. They seem to understand that the fence is their boundary and rarely try to go any further. They quite enjoy having a sniff around the grass, before flopping down to sunbathe for a while.
Caitlin was keen to get some photos of them enjoying a little bit of time outside, so she took the camera and got a few shots. She also spent quite a lot of time trying to photograph the buttercups in our garden.
Unfortunately, Neil’s feeling a little bit stressed out the moment because of the change in routine, and so hasn’t been interested in taking any photos. Hopefully next week I’ll have some of his work to share!
I would love to see what your children had been snapping this week!
